TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKSHOP
1. Pay your workshop balance. Jana will send a request for payment to your preferred method
2. Fill out this pre-workshop demographics and preferences survey
3. Read "The Power of T-Groups and Experiential Learning" (if you didn't read it before applying)
You can also see a list of typical workshop learning experiments here.
4. Review a video, article or book about LEARNING FROM FEEDBACK (choose one)
5. Schedule your pre-workshop virtual coaching call.
6. We'll be meeting in a private home near the Philz Coffee on Middlefield Road in Palo Alto. If you don't live within easy driving distance, we highly recommend arranging to stay close to the venue. Since the schedule is intensive, reducing commute time will enhance your experience.
7. Try to plan some ease into your schedule immediately following the weekend, if you can. Some participants feel drained or not at 100% capacity for a couple of days after the workshop. Even though we'll be mostly sitting and talking, it's rigorous work!
