- Once your goals seem well aligned with what can typically be practiced in a weekend workshop (we'll call you if they're not), we'll assign you a place in the weekend and invoice you for the workshop balance.
STEP 4:
We'll schedule your pre-workshop coaching call and send a few reading and viewing materials to help you get the most out of your weekend experience. We'll also invoice you for the balance of $550-650, which will be due within 14 days or by Jan 21st, whichever comes sooner.

- If we're unable to help you identify learning learning goals that are compatible with our workshop design, we'll refund your $300 application fee in full.
- Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.
BALANCE OF WORKSHOP FEES:
- Workshop fees are due within 14 days of application approval. Please contact us if alternate arrangements are needed.
- Once you've paid the balance in full, if you cancel your participation 30 days or more before the start of the workshop, 50% of your fees may be applied to a future date. Cancellations within 29 days of the workshop are not transferable.
NOTE
- It's important to be mentally and emotionally available for the workshop. Lunch and dinner breaks may include journaling or working in small groups. Please don't plan to conduct work or personal business during workshop hours. If you're nursing an infant or have other concerns about this, contact us so we can discuss how to accommodate your participation.
