An Experiential Leadership Workshop
is led by highly experienced facilitators who are dedicated to your learning!
Your guides for November 1-3
Jana Basili, MCC
FOUNDER and SENIOR FACILITATOR
I'm a Leadership, Executive and Team Coach who brings compassion and curiosity to my own and my clients' learning edges. I hold a Master Coaching Credential from the International Coach Federation and have served Stanford Business School’s Leadership Development and Executive Education for 15+ years as a trainer, master facilitator and coach. Recently, as part of my ongoing professional development, I challenged myself to be more courageous and vulnerable than ever in a unique 10-month leadership cohort. I completed nerve-wracking ropes course activities 30 feet above the ground, sang to an audience in my bathing suit(!), and developed new levels of trust, boldness, collaboration and peace that I'm excited to share with future clients and groups. Note: Bathing suit singing and daring high-ropes activities are not included in our May Interpersonal and Group Dynamics Women's workshop ;) |

Tuquynh Tran, MBASENIOR FACILITATOR
I'm a senior facilitator for “Interpersonal Dynamics”, a popular elective at Stanford GSB, and a Master Facilitator for Women’s Circles. I also facilitate an experiential class for Stanford’s Continuing Studies and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. I have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University. In addition to my facilitation work, I am a leadership and executive coach, and also served as a career coach. I have helped hundreds of leaders and startup founders through their career and life transitions from industries including software/technology, management consulting, media, non-profit, and creative agencies. As part of my bucket list, I jumped off the tallest building in Auckland, New Zealand twice! One of the scariest things I've done, but the experience gave me new-found courage to face my fears. In my free time I love to cook, hike, and read a good book. |
Where else have we led interpersonal & group learning?
Collectively, we've served as facilitators, trainers, instructors and coaches for 87 T-groups (and counting!), teaching both professionals and graduate students at each of the above institutions. We're excited to share our experiences with you!
We keep coming back for more because we find T-groups to be so gratifying, uniquely impactful, and learning-filled –
not only for participants, but for ourselves as well. We’ve also been students and members of 20 additional T-groups, collectively.
This enables us to keep learning, to hone our instruments, and to understand what it’s like to be in your shoes.
